Getting Started

With MooForm, online form building could not get easier. To create a web-based form for collecting submissions, simply use the drag and drop form builder on the homepage.

You can start from scratch by clicking New form or you can select from some pre-made templates to which you can add or edit.

Click on the different form field types on the right hand menu, dragging them to the place you want them in the form. A menu for content and properties will appear on the right hand side under Properties.

Embed Forms on your Site with MooForm

When you have completed the form layout, click on the Source button at the top and you will get the HTML code needed. Just copy and paste this directly onto your website.

Alternatively, you can click Share and you will get the link needed if you want to link visitors to the form hosted on MooForm.

Your MooForm is now ready to capture submissions!.
