Getting Started

With MooForm, it is super easy to create a web-based form for collecting submissions.

On the MooForm homepage, you can immediately start creating a form using drag and drop ability.

You can start from scratch or you can click NEW FORM and you can select from some pre-made templates to which you can edit.

By using your mouse, you can click on fields, drag them to the place you want them and let go. Then you can edit the content and the field properties.

When you have completed the form layout, click on the SOURCE button at the top and you will get the HTML code needed to copy and paste this directly into your website.

Alternatively, you can click SHARE and you will get the link needed if you want to link submitters to the form hosted on MooForm.

Your MooForm is now ready to capture submitions.
